We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery, and our Return to Origin (RTO) policy will apply.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at connect@happyhatch.shop with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Note: Repeated order refusals may affect your ability to place future orders.
